Who is SchoolBoardHQ for?
Membership is invite-only for adults age 18 or older who are currently serving elected or appointed K-12 school board members. Membership is verified against public board records.

Are my Workspace documents shared with other members?
Your Workspace, notes, follow-ups, and Ask HQ conversations are private to you. Connecting with another member does not give them access to your Workspace. Documents you use with AI may be processed by the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy.
Is SchoolBoardHQ free?
The core product is free, including district information, meetings, Workspace, governance resources, connections, messaging, and a daily Ask HQ allowance. Optional SchoolBoardHQ Pro provides more Ask HQ capacity.
